O&K Print Watch allows you to specify different print cost for every printer and every paper size. Select the printer in the tree and use the Properties->Cost on the context menu to access the cost settings.

The Basic page cost field is used to specify the basic page cost.

If the printer supports color or duplex print, you can specify the corresponding values for Monochrome and Duplex print.

Different paper sizes belong to different groups. You can specify lower or higher cost for every group. The following groups are built in: LARGE, VERY LARGE and EXTRA LARGE.

Example:

Suppose you have a color printer supporting color and duplex printing and the A2/A3/A4 formats.

• Set the basic page cost to $0.50. For the A4 format.
• Specify the 40% off for monochrome printing.
• Set the 30% higher cost for the LARGE group. For A3.
• Set the 50% higher cost for the VERY LARGE group. For A2.
• Set 50% off for duplex printing.

Use the Add, Edit, Remove buttons to manage groups.

Use the Paper size button to view and change paper sizes belonging to groups.

Paper sizes can have Basic page cost or belong to groups. Any paper size can be included in any group.

IMPORTANT: Paper size names and groups are common for all printers, the Basic page cost, discounts for print modes and groups are separate for every printer.
