To remove records, use the Tools->Clear Data menu item.

You can specify the period to delete data for: last day, week, month, year or earlier than a certain date. It is possible to delete both all data and only document images stored in the database. All the rest of information about printed documents will be available for viewing in this case.

To configure the program to automatically delete data, use the Tools->Database menu item.

• Delete records older than - the number of days to store data in the database.
• Delete images older than - the number of days to store document images in the database.

After you configure the automatic data deletion, full records or only images older than the specified period will be deleted every day at 00:00.

IMPORTANT: The image storage period cannot be longer than the full record storage period.
