Please, contact your system administrator. » ]]> По умолчанию O&K Print Watch Service использует для работы аккаунт Local System.

Для получения клиентом сообщений сервера о необходимости ввода пароля или указания проекта/аккаунта печати пользователем, O&K Print Watch Service должен быть запущен с аккаунтом Network Service.

Для смены типа аккаунта необходимо сделать следующее:

На принт-сервере, где установлен O&K Print Watch Service, открыть Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services.

  1. Найти в списке сервисов O&K Print Watch Service и выбрать в контекстном меню “Properties”.
  2. Перейти на закладку свойств Log On и выбрать Log on as: This account.
  3. Нажать Browse->Advanced->Find now.
  4. В появившемся списке аккаунтов выбрать Network Service.
  5. Два раза нажать OK и вернуться на закладку свойств Log On. В поле This account: появится NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService.
  6. Оставить поля Password и Confirm Password пустыми и нажать ОК.
  7. Перезапустить O&K Print Watch Service.
  8. Перезапустить Authentication Client на каждом компьютере пользователя.

Please, contact your system administrator.”]]> By default, O&K Print Watch Service runs under the Local System account.
For the client to be able to receive messages from the server about entering the password or specifying the project/print account, O&K Print Watch Service must be running under the Network Service account.

Do the following to change the account type:

1. Open Control Panel->Administrative tools->Services on the print server where the O&K Print Watch Service is installed.
2. Find the O&K Print Watch Service in the server list and select “Properties” in the context menu.
3. Switch to the Log On tab and select Log on as: This account.
4. Click Browse->Advanced->Find now.
5. Select Network Service in the account list.
6. Click OK twice and get back to the Log On tab. NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService will appear in the This account: field.
7. Leave the Password and Confirm Password fields blank and click OK.
8. Restart the O&K Print Watch Service.
9. Restart the Authentication Client on each user computer.

В состав дистрибутива O&K Print Watch входит облегченная версия O&K Printer Viewer, которая умеет отображать задания печати в форматах NT EMF и ZjStream.

 

Существует множество факторов влияющих на формат данных задания печати. Добиться использование NT EMF можно следующими способами:

 

1.    Необходимо удостовериться, что в принт-процессоре принтера установлен формат NT EMF. Control Panel → Printers and Faxes → Some Printer → Properties → Advanced → Print-processors.

2.    Так же необходимо убедиться, что в свойствах принтера стоит опция «Enable advanced printing features”.

 

3.    Если для принтера доступны различные драйвера, например PCL и Postscript, можно попробывать поменять драйвер.

 

К сожалению, в ряде случаев невозможно добиться печати всех документов в формате NT EMF. Если ваш принтер поддерживает язык PCL, просмотр напечатанных документов возможен с помощью O&K Printer Viewer PRO. Для его использования совместно с O&K Print Watch необходимо сделать следующее:

 

1.    На компьютере, где используется Программа Управления O&K Print Watch, необходимо установить O&K Printer Viewer.

 

2.    На принт-сервере в разделе реестра  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\O&K Software\O&K Print Watch необходимо создать переменную SaveAllLanguages c типом DWORD и установить ее в 1.

 

3.    Перезапустите O&K Print Watch Service.

 

После этого вы сможете сохранять и просматривать не только задания печати в форматах NT EMF и ZjStream, но и в форматах PCL5, PCL6, HP-GL/2.

The distribution package of O&K Print Watch includes the lite version of O&K Printer Viewer that can show print jobs in the NT EMF and ZjStream(GDI printing) formats.

There are a lot of factors influencing the format of print job data. You can use the following methods to force the use of NT EMF:

1. You should make sure that the NT EMF format is specified in the print-processor of the printer. Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> Some Printer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Print-processors.

2. You should also make sure that the "Enable advanced printing features" option is enabled in the printer properties.

3. If there are several drives available for the printer (for example, PCL and Postscript), you can try changing the driver.

Unfortunately, there are cases when it is impossible to make it print all documents in the NT EMF format. If your printer supports the PCL language, it is possible to view printed documents with O&K Printer Viewer PRO. To use it together with O&K Print Watch, you should do the following:

1. Install O&K Printer Viewer on the computer where the O&K Print Watch Control Program is used.

2. On your print-server run regedit.exe and create the SaveAllLanguages variable of the DWORD type in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\O&K Software\O&K Print Watch registry section and set it to 1.

3. Restart O&K Print Watch Service on the print-server.

4. After that you will be able to view print jobs not only in the NT EMF and ZjStream formats, but also in the PCL5, PCL6, HP-GL/2 formats.
