ID #1058
What the Authentication Client is for.
The Authentication Client is necessary in the following cases:
- To enable printing with a password or PIN code for a printer, a user or a user group.
- To collect print statistics and set quotas by projects/print accounts.
The user needs to specify information in all these cases (enter the password, select the project the document belongs to). The Authentication Client must be running on the user's computer and connected to the O&K Print Watch server for the user to be able to do it.
