If you are using O&K Print Watch in a simple workgroup, you should do it as follow:

1. On computer where O&K Print Watch Service is running, create the local user with the same name and password as remote user. 
2. Run Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Police.
3. Open Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options.
4. Set the value "Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts" to "Classic - local users authenticate as themselves".
