|
IMPORTANT: If there are several print servers with O&K Print Watch in your network and all of them use one

You can use the Enabled item on the context menu to enable monitoring for such a printer.
To stop collecting statistics for a printer, select it in the tree and clear the Enabled checkbox on its context menu.
|
IMPORTANT: If your printer has its own network interface, print jobs sent from computers where it is installed
as a local one (Microsoft® TCP/IP Printing, LPR port) will not be added to statistics.
|
|
IMPORTANT: For the printed pages and copies to be determined correctly,
you should install this printer as a local one on the computer where O&K Print Watch is installed.
Then specify the printer port as MS Standard TCP\IP port with the printer IP address or JetDirect
of the network print server. Every user must connect to this printer via the print server \\ServerName\PrinterName.
The number of printed pages will be determined correctly in this case.
