Report Each document printed.

This notification will be sent when each document is printed, depending on the parameters set. If the document name contains - When part of the printed document matches the specified line.

• Minimum Number of Pages - The document contains at least the specified number of pages.
• Maximum Number of Pages - The document contains no more than the specified number of pages.
• Color - Only color or black and white documents.
• Last Document Only - A notification will be sent with information about the last document only.

• Devices - Only for a specific printer/MFP.
• Users - Only when a specified user is printing.
• User Group - Only when a user of the specified group prints.

If none of the parameters are specified, the notification will be sent for any printed document.
