In my workgroup O&K Print Watch shows remote users as Guest.

If you are using O&K Print Watch in a simple work group, you should do it as follow:

• 1On computer where O&K Print Watch Service is running, create the local user with the same name and password as remote user.
• 2Run Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Local Security Police.
• 3Open Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options.
• 4Set the value Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts to Classic - local users authenticate as themselves.
